we’re off to a FLYING START

To present this shared adventure between OIVE and ViniPortugal, a double event was held for the press and the main specialised media in Lisbon and Madrid. The main players and promoters of the campaign attended and the main lines of the 3-year programme were presented — investment, objectives, activities, and communication — under the slogan: “Feel the European quality with wines from Spain and Portugal. A Shared Passion.”

The masters of ceremonies and speakers included Ángel Villafranca (President of OIVE), Frederico Falcão (President of ViniPortugal), Susana García Dolla (DG of OIVE), Sónia Vieira (Dir. Mktg Portugal), who shared with us their enthusiasm and expectations for this great programme.

Finally, there was a seminar given by expert oenologist and educator Joaquín Gálvez (in Madrid) and Sofía Salvador, the Wine Educator of ViniPortugal (in Lisbon), as well as a tasting of a selection of wines from both countries.
