The Spanish Wine Interprofessional is a private non-profit organisation that groups six national organisations representing the wine value chain in Spain, from grape production to winemaking and marketing, with the objective of serving as a tool to improve the sector. The OIVE is the Spanish winemaking sector coming together, united by its common objectives. www.interprofesionaldelvino.es

The workshops will take place at the Palacio de Congresos de Cádiz as part of the programme of parallel activities of the OIV World Congress of Vine and Wine. Attendance at these workshops is free, free of charge and does not require a ticket to the Congress, but prior registration is required due to capacity constraints.
