O Mercat de la Boquer\u00eda em Barcelona, a Lonja del Barranco em Sevilha, o Mercado de Ant\u00f3n Mart\u00edn em Madrid… Os mercados gastron\u00f4micos s\u00e3o alguns dos principais pontos onde os turistas v\u00e3o para desfrutar da gastronomia e do vinho espanh\u00f3is; lugares ic\u00f4nicos presentes em todos os guias tur\u00edsticos. Por isso, no \u00e2mbito da campanha europeia \u2018A Shared Passion,<\/strong>\u2019 a OIVE procurou formar profissionais de hotelaria de v\u00e1rias cidades com grande afluxo de turistas nos vinhos das suas respetivas regi\u00f5es, para que possam atuar como embaixadores para o p\u00fablico europeu que visita os seus estabelecimentos.<\/p>\n

Isso foi realizado por meio de uma iniciativa chamada \u201cInformational Points in Gourmet Markets,\u201d realizada em Madrid, Barcelona, M\u00farcia e Sevilha. O objetivo era aproximar os profissionais de hotelaria das Denomina\u00e7\u00f5es de Origem Protegidas (DOPs) locais, atrav\u00e9s de uma experi\u00eancia \u00fanica de degusta\u00e7\u00e3o de vinhos. Essa forma\u00e7\u00e3o incluiu a degusta\u00e7\u00e3o de dois vinhos representativos da regi\u00e3o (um tinto e um branco),<\/strong> cuidadosamente selecionados para destacar as caracter\u00edsticas \u00fanicas da nossa regi\u00e3o vin\u00edcola.<\/p>\n

Para n\u00e3o interromper suas atividades, a campanha A Shared Passion, que re\u00fane os setores espanhol e portugu\u00eas para a promo\u00e7\u00e3o dos vinhos europeus,<\/strong> levou a forma\u00e7\u00e3o diretamente aos estabelecimentos, adaptando-se aos seus hor\u00e1rios e necessidades espec\u00edficas. Isso foi feito em dezembro, j\u00e1 pr\u00f3ximo ao Natal, quando h\u00e1 um aumento significativo de consumidores europeus nesses mercados.<\/p>\n

Essa iniciativa formou um total de 212 profissionais de hotelaria provenientes de 90 estabelecimentos, garantindo que os mercados e seus profissionais possam se tornar os melhores embaixadores dos vinhos espanh\u00f3is para os visitantes europeus.<\/p>\n
