A Pol\u00f3nia foi a protagonista da viagem de estudo organizada em setembro pela ViniPortugal, no \u00e2mbito do programa europeu \u201cA Shared Passion\u201d<\/strong>. Nela, quatro importadores de vinho deste pa\u00eds tiveram a oportunidade de conhecer de perto a realidade enol\u00f3gica de v\u00e1rias zonas portuguesas, em contacto directo com os produtores.<\/p>\n

A viagem teve in\u00edcio na regi\u00e3o vitivin\u00edcola da Pen\u00ednsula de Set\u00fabal<\/strong>, onde os representantes de empresas importadoras como a Mondovino, CityWine, Warsaw Wine Company e WineOnline<\/strong> ficaram a conhecer n\u00e3o s\u00f3 o seu famoso Moscatel, mas tamb\u00e9m a grande variedade de tintos e brancos n\u00e3o fortificados dispon\u00edveis nesta zona.<\/p>\n

De seguida, a delega\u00e7\u00e3o deslocou-se a outras regi\u00f5es de vinho, como o Alentejo, o Tejo<\/strong> e, finalmente, Lisboa<\/strong>, onde visitou mais sete produtores e provou mais de 100 refer\u00eancias de vinhos portugueses.<\/p>\n

Para al\u00e9m disso, algumas destas visitas foram realizadas com um formato de produtor anfitri\u00e3o acompanhado por produtores convidados, para que os importadores pudessem estabelecer liga\u00e7\u00f5es com produtores de outras zonas n\u00e3o inclu\u00eddas na viagem, como \u00e9 o caso da regi\u00e3o dos Vinhos Verdes,<\/strong> e a Comiss\u00e3o Vitivin\u00edcola do Tejo<\/strong> efectuou uma apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta, na qual estiveram presentes oito dos seus produtores.<\/p>\n

Neste p\u00e9riplo de quatro dias, a miss\u00e3o polaca p\u00f4de constatar em primeira m\u00e3o a elevada qualidade de todos os processos da viticultura e da enologia em Portugal, atrav\u00e9s de visitas a vinhas, adegas e instala\u00e7\u00f5es de engarrafamento, bem como de conversas individuais com os pr\u00f3prios produtores. Tudo isto, em plena \u00e9poca das vindimas: um momento crucial para o sector e um dos mais representativos para os especialistas em vinho como eles.<\/p>\n
