Alguns dos melhores sommeliers da Europa reuniram-se este m\u00eas de maio em Portugal para desfrutar de uma semana de imers\u00e3o total na cultura enol\u00f3gica do pa\u00eds<\/strong>, com a ajuda da Viniportugal.<\/p>\n

Concretamente, profissionais de renome da Alemanha, B\u00e9lgica, \u00c1ustria, Su\u00ed\u00e7a, Dinamarca, Espanha, Gr\u00e9cia e Let\u00f3nia puderam conhecer in loco as caracter\u00edsticas de Denomina\u00e7\u00f5es de Origem como Porto, Douro, Bairrada, D\u00e3o e Alentejo<\/strong>, numa viagem de 8 dias que come\u00e7ou na cidade do Porto e terminou em Lisboa.<\/p>\n

Para al\u00e9m disso, tiveram a oportunidade de se aproximar de outros atrav\u00e9s de apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es com produtores, provas e refei\u00e7\u00f5es: Lisboa, Set\u00fabal, Vinho Verde, Madeira…<\/strong><\/p>\n

E, claro, um dos pontos altos da viagem foi a visita a adegas<\/strong> da qualidade da Graham’s, Taylor’s ou Ramos Pinto no Porto; Quinta do Vallado, Quinta da Pacheca e Quinta do Seixo no Douro; Adega Lu\u00eds Pato na Bairrada (onde puderam conhecer o lend\u00e1rio Lu\u00eds Pato); Casa da Passarella no D\u00e3o ou Herdade do Espor\u00e3o e Monte das Herdades no Alentejo.<\/p>\n

Uma excelente forma de envolver estes sommeliers (alguns de prestigiados restaurantes com estrelas Michelin, outros consultores ou profissionais com projectos pr\u00f3prios) na realidade enol\u00f3gica portuguesa, para que possam transmitir aos seus clientes a sua paix\u00e3o pelos grandes vinhos do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

Esta “Study trip” insere-se num intenso calend\u00e1rio de desloca\u00e7\u00f5es de jornalistas especializados e outros profissionais do vinho \u00e0s regi\u00f5es vitivin\u00edcolas ib\u00e9ricas, lan\u00e7ado no \u00e2mbito do programa europeu “A shared Passion”. J\u00e1 se realizaram nove viagens profissionais em Espanha e esta \u00e9 a terceira em Portugal.<\/p>\n
