From September 25 to 29, 2023, Swedish journalists visited Portuguese vineyards and wineries to learn first-hand about how the Portuguese winemaking sector operates, during a trip organized by the Portuguese Wine Interprofessional Organization (ViniPortugal), together with the<\/strong> Spanish Wine Interprofessional Organization (OIVE).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This is the second trip organized by Portugal as part of the project \u201cA Shared Passion.\u201d<\/strong> This project will last three years, during which time the two interprofessional organizations will carry out initiatives to promote their countries\u2019 shared passion for the Iberian Peninsula\u2019s wine and designations of origin.<\/p>\n

The journalists visited several estates with vineyards that have a long tradition of producing Portuguese wine, such as Falua – Sociedade de Vinhos<\/strong>, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda da Fonseca, Fitapreta Vinhos,<\/strong> Casa Santos Lima,<\/strong> J. Portugal Ramos,<\/strong> Regional Commission of Wine from D\u00e3o (CVR D\u00e3o), Quinta Dom Vicente, Quinta da Chocapalha, Casa Am\u00e9rico, Boas Quintas, Quinta Dos Roques, and Wine & Soul.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
